NiOOH/Bi2WO6光阳极的制备与光电化学分解水性能
Preparation of NiOOH/Bi2WO6 Photoanode and Photoelectrochemical Water Splitting Performance

Abstract
Photoelectrochemical water splitting can convert solar energy into hydrogen energy,which is a promising renewable energy production technology and has attracted extensive attention.In this paper,NiOOH/Bi2WO6 photoanode was prepared by hydrothermal method and electrodeposition method,and the performance of the composite photoelectrode was optimized by changing the amount of co-catalyst.The photocurrent density of the optimized NiOOH/Bi2WO6 photoanode reaches 0.47 mA/cm2,which is 1.7 times that of the pure Bi2WO6 photoanode.The incident photon-to-electron conversion efficiency of the NiOOH/Bi2WO6 photoanode reaches 1.18%at a wavelength of 365 nm.The research results show that co-catalyst can promote the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and holes in the Bi2WO6 photoanode,and inhibit the surface recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes,and enhance the photoelectrochemical performance of the photoelectrode.关键词
