摘要

Abstract

In order to control the disorderly sprawl of the city and guide the rational expansion of the city,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable urban development boundary from the perspective of spatial planning.Taking the Xin'an River Basin as the study area,this paper proposes a new method for delineating urban development boundaries from the perspectives of urban expansion and urban spatial evolution,coupling the minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model and the future land use simulation(FLUS)model,and taking the idea of combining resistance and dynamics,to predict urban expansion in 2030 and 2040 on the basis of dividing the suitability level of urban expansion,so as to comprehensively delineate the urban development boundary.The results show that:1)The Kappa coefficient of urban expansion simulation is 0.81,and the overall accuracy is 89.55%,which can better reflect the future land change;2)The expansion range of different cities was different,and the obvious expansion was Hangzhou,Quzhou and Jinhua;3)The delineation of the urban development boundary by integrating the two aspects of power and resistance is more in line with the law of spatial expansion and evolution of the study area,and can truly show the development status of the urban development boundary in the study area.
