Digital Technology Enables High-quality Development of Agricultural Enterprises:Mechanism,Dilemma and Path

Abstract
Digital technology is gradually penetrating into the agricultural sector,providing new opportunities and challenges for the high-quality development of agricultural enterprises.Based on clarifying the mechanism of digital technology empowering high-quality development of agricultural enterprises,the article identifies several dilemmas faced by the empowerment of agricultural enterprises through digital technology,including insufficient rural digital infrastructure hindering the release of digital intelligence potential,inadequate construction of enterprise talent teams leading to a shortage of digital intelligence technology talents,low awareness of digital intelligence transformation among management personnel,lacking innovation in management systems,insufficient policy-driven innovation,with insufficient depth and breadth in the integration of digital intelligence.To address these issues,measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure at the county,township,and village levels;improve the external introduction and internal cultivation system for digital talents;enhance the awareness of digital transformation among management personnel;and have the government actively guide the digital transformation of enterprises.These steps will further promote the high-quality development of agricultural enterprises and the modernization process of agriculture and rural areas.关键词
