摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The objective of this study is to investigate the application status of small molecule peptides in agriculture and their influence mechanism on plants,in order to provide a theoretical basis for their wide application in agriculture.[Methods]The present paper provides a comprehensive review on the various types of small molecule peptides and their applications in agriculture,while also analyzing the underlying mechanisms by which these peptides regulate plant growth,induce antibacterial effects,and enhance stress resistance.[Results]The results showed that small molecule peptides were more easily absorbed by plants than amino acids,and could significantly promote plant growth,enhance plant stress resistance and antibacterial ability.However,the mechanism of action of small molecule peptides is not fully understood,and the factors affecting their application effects need to be further studied.[Conclusions]Small molecule peptides have a wide range of application prospects in agriculture,but the complexity and uncertainty of their mechanism of action are still challenges in current research.The purpose of this paper is to provide a valuable reference for future research directions,aiming to facilitate the comprehensive investigation and practical application of small molecule peptides in the agricultural domain.
