The Role of Proteomics in Stress Adaptation in Biological Plants

Abstract
This paper investigated the role of proteomics in plant stress adaptation,focusing on protein changes and their regulation mechanisms under drought,salinity,high and low temperature stress.We show that proteomic techniques,including mass spectrometry,two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,and liquid chromatography,are able to comprehensively reveal protein expression profiles and functional changes in plants under different stress conditions.The results showed that heat shock proteins and antioxidant enzymes in salinity stress enhance the salinity tolerance,and heat shock protein changes in heat and cold stress stress help plants to resist the effects of temperature.These findings provide an important basis for understanding plant stress response mechanisms and improving crop stress resistance.关键词
