The Dilemma and Breakthrough of Public Management in Rural Governance-the Double Examination of Theory and Practice
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,rural governance is directly related to the advancement of rural modernization process.Rural governance involves multi-field and multi-level system problems,which requires comprehensive analysis in theory and effective response in practice.This paper discusses the reality of public management,from the policy communication,resource supply and demand,public service supply,reveals the deep problems in grassroots governance,and put forward the basic policy implementation,improve the precision of resource allocation,promote the wisdom governance means level strategy,to provide targeted theoretical support and practical path for rural governance.关键词
