Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value and related parameters of dynamic contrast enhanced-magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)combined with diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in preoperative staging of cervical cancer(CC)patients.Methods:The data of 60 patients with CC admitted to West Hospital of Hefei Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed as the study group,and the data of 55 patients who underwent routine examination and excluded cervical cancer in the same hospital during the same period were also collected and analyzed as the control group.Two groups underwent DCE-MRI and DWI examination.Apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC),volume transfer constant(Ktrans),flux rate constant(Kep)and volume fraction of extravascular extra vascularspace(Ve)were obtained to analyze the value of DCE-MRI combined with DWI in the preoperative staging of CC.Results:ADC value of study group was lower than control group,Ktrans,Kep and Ve were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ADC value of stage Ⅲ was lower than that of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and Ktrans,Kep and Ve were higher than those of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The preoperative staging accuracy of DCE-MRI combined with DWI in CC patients was 96.67％,which was higher than 86.67％in DCE-MRI alone,and the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).DCE-MRI combined with DWI showed excellent consistency in the preoperative stage diagnosis of CC patients(Kappa=0.898).Conclusion:DCE-MRI combined with DWI is of high value in the preoperative staging diagnosis of CC patients,and DCE-MRI combined with DWI diagnosis can be taken in combination with the actual condition of CC patients to provide clinical treatment for patients as soon as possible.关键词
