Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of acid ice stimulation combined with breathing-swallowing coordination training on patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in Jinan Third People's Hospital from August 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training for swallowing disorders,while the study group was treated with acid ice stimulation combined with breathing-swallowing coordination training on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.Swallowing function,feeding capacity,coughing situation,aspiration risk and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of Standardized Swallowing Assessment was lower than that of the control group,the Functional Oral Intake Scale and Swallowing-Quality of Life Scale were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the grade distribution of Water Swallow Test and Rosenbek Penetration/Aspiration Scale in the study group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Patients with swallowing disorder after stroke were treat with acid ice stimulation combined with breathing-swallowing coordination training can promote the recovery of swallowing function,relieve coughing situation,reduce aspiration risk,and improve the feeding capacity and quality of life of patients.关键词
