Enhancement of Professional Doctorate's Value through Classified Guide,Classified Cultivation and Classified Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
China has proposed to increase the proportion of professional doctoral degree-conferring institutions at the state level,to explore innovative mechanism for the classified development in cultivation of academic degrees and professional degrees,as well as to improve the evaluation system.This paper points out that Chinese society still holds prejudice and discrimination against professional doctorate,and institutions still takes reference of academic doctors in the cultivation of professional doctors.In order to enhance the cultivation quality of professional doctors,we must make breakthroughs in three major difficult aspects,namely establishing a high-caliber team of professional doctoral supervisors,promoting in-depth cooperation between institutions and enterprises so as to jointly create and implement professional doctoral cultivation programs,getting rid of thesis-only evaluation and establish a credible system for evaluating practical achievements of professional doctors.关键词
