DEAD box蛋白5对头颈部鳞状细胞癌发生发展的影响
Effect of DEAD-box Protein 5 on the Occurrence and Development of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
To investigate the expression level of DEAD box 5(DDX5)in head and neck squamous cell carcino-ma(HNSCC)and its effect on tumor progression and immune cell infiltration,the UALCAN online database was used to analyze the expression level of DDX5 in HNSCC,and the potential association between DDX5 and HNSCC progression and HPV infection was discussed.CCK8 assay was used to evaluate the effect of DDX5 on the prolifera-tion of HNSCC,and the online database TIMER was used to analyze the relationship between DDX5 and immune cell infiltration in HNSCC.The results showed that DDX5 was significantly up-regulated in HNSCC and correlated with the differentiation degree of HNSCC and HPV infection.DDX5 could promote the proliferation of FaDu cells.The expression level of DDX5 was positively correlated with the infiltration level of CD4+T cells and dendritic cells(DC),and was significantly positively correlated with Tregs cell markers.Based on the above analysis,it can be con-cluded that high expression of DDX5 promotes the malignant progression and immunosuppression of HNSCC,and participates in the occurrence and development of HNSCC.关键词
