针药并用治疗全膝关节置换术后疼痛的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine for post-total knee arthroplasty pain

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of contralateral collateral needling plus Celecoxib capsules for post-total knee arthroplasty pain.Method One hundred and twenty patients with post-total knee arthroplasty pain were randomized to an observation group(60 cases)and a control group(60 cases).The observation group was treated with contralateral collateral needling plus Celecoxib capsules from day 1 postoperatively and the control group received with Celecoxib capsules only.The pain visual analog scale(VAS)score and American Special Surgery Hospital for Special(HSS)knee questionnaire score were recorded in the two groups preoperatively and day 3,5 and 7 postoperatively.The clinical therapeutic effects and the postoperative conditions on remedial analgesia were compared between the two groups.Result Day 3,5 and 7 postoperatively,the VAS score and the HSS knee questionnaire score were better in the two groups compared with preoperatively(P＜0.05)and the scores were better in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The number of patients of receiving postoperative remedial analgesia and the frequency of it were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Contralateral collateral needling plus Celecoxib capsules can more effectively relieve post-total knee arthroplasty pain and improve joint function.It is more effective than Celecoxib capsules only and can reduce the use of remedial analgesics.关键词
