Abstract
Human skin is the largest organ in the body and protects our internal organs from the external world.Different kinds of environment stressors,for example,ultraviolet radiation,temperature,air pollutants,accelerate skin aging.In order to explore the research progress of the mechanism of skin aging and the anti-aging strategy,this article provides the direction for the in-depth research of anti-aging.In this paper,COOC and VOSviewer visualization software are used to analyze the research trends and hotspots of skin aging.It is found that there are three types of studies on skin aging,namely,phenotype of skin aging,skin aging mechanism and anti-aging performance.The mechanism research focuses on photoaging,oxidative stress and inflammatory aging.Molecular docking and other methods are widely used in the study of new anti-aging bioactive compounds.关键词
