Abstract
To study the skin-whitening and antioxidant effects of Saposhnikovia divaricata extract extracted with different solvents,experiments were conducted on the tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis in B16 cells,as well as the scavenging ability of various free radicals.The experimental results showed that Saposhnikovia divaricata extract(aqueous layer)at a concentration of 0.03 mg/mL had a significant inhibitory effect on intracellular tyrosinase activity,and the concentrations of 0.03,0.15,and 0.3 mg/mL all exhibited certain inhibitory effects on melanin synthesis,but its antioxidant capacity was weak.Saposhnikovia divaricata extract(petroleum ether layer)at the concentrations of 0.01 and 0.05 mg/mL inhibited intracellular tyrosinase activity,and a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL had a significant inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis,but it did not demonstrate good antioxidant effects.From the above results,it can be concluded that Saposhnikovia divaricata extract has skin-whitening properties and holds a certain development value in the development of natural plant-based skin-whitening active ingredients for cosmetics.关键词
