天津市域铁路Z2线BIM分类编码与竣工交付标准研究与实践
Research and Practice of Standards for Classification&Coding and Completion&Delivery of Tianjin Urban Railway Z2 Line by BIM

Abstract
A lot of difficulties,especially the lack of unified standards for classification and coding and completion and delivery by BIM,exist in the digital completion and delivery of urban railways,making it difficult to efficiently transfer engineering information between the construction period and operation period.To improve the delivery efficiency of urban railway projects by BIM,this paper studied the standards and practice of classification and coding and completion and delivery by BIM with Tianjin urban railway Z2 Line as an example.The standards for completion and delivery by BIM of urban railway projects were proposed,the scope and principles of BIM delivery in the completion stage were defined,the rules and methods of classification and coding by BIM were developed,and the key points of applying the BMI classification and coding in the delivery stage were illustrated.Research results from the application in Line Z2 show that by using standards for completion and delivery and classification and coding by BIM,the key link of digital delivery of urban railway projects can be completed efficiently,and the schedule and accuracy requirements of BIM completion and delivery of Line Z2 project can be met.Finally,BIM results can be delivered effectively.Technical standards in this paper can support the application and implementation of BIM technology,and this paper can provide a reference for the completion and delivery by BIM of the urban railway projects in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.关键词
