Micro-interface intensified FCC slurry hydrotreating technique for low-sulfur marine fuel oil production

Abstract
To produce low-sulfur marine fuel oil that meets the requirements,using FCC slurry with a sulfur content of 1.2%(w)as the feedstock,the process of hydroprocessing FCC slurry to produce low-sulfur marine fuel oil was studied using an up-flow fixed bed reactor with catalyst of 100 mL loaded.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,volume space velocity,and hydrogen/oil volume ratio on desulfurization and denitrification efficiency of micro-interface intensified FCC slurry hydrotreating were investigated respectively,which were compared with that of conventional trickle bed process.The results show that under investigated technological conditions,the desulfurization efficiency of micro-interface intensified FCC slurry hydrotreating is higher significantly than that of the conventional trickle bed hydrotreating technique.Increasing reaction temperature in an applicable range can accelerate the intrinsic reaction rates of hydrodesulfurization of polycyclic thiophene sulfides and facilitate the advantage of the micro-interface intensification technique.The qualified low-sulfur marine fuel oil can be produced with a micro-interface intensified FCC slurry hydrotreating technique under the optimized conditions of reaction temperature of 370℃,reaction pressure of 6 MPa,hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 400 and volume space velocity of 2.0 h-1.关键词
