Surface Treatment Modification Efficiency Testing of Basalt Particles for Oil-water Separation
摘要
Abstract
Effective separation of oil-water emulsions has been an important technological challenge in industrial production and environmental treatment.Basalt particles have shown excellent results in emulsion separation applications.However,due to the limitations of their physical and chemical properties,in order to meet the pursuit of higher oil removal effects,surface treatment of the particles has been needed to improve their hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties and separation efficiency to further enhance their application potential.It was aimed to explore the effect of surface treatment modification of basalt particles on their emulsion separation effect.The changes in the properties of basalt particles in oil-water emulsion separation before and after treatment were systematically investigated by combining numerical simulation methods.The study results could help to understand the influence mechanism of surface modification on the separation performance of basalt particles.关键词
