Abstract
Standardized hospital operation management is a very important content in the internal control management of medical institutions,which is of great significance to ensure the normal development of medical service activities and improve the quality of medical management."One hub and three platforms"intelligent management system is an information and intelligent management model that integrates emerging technologies and takes internal management as the framework.It is an important means to improve the quality and efficiency of hospital operation and management in clinical hospital operation and management at this stage.The"one hub and three platforms"intelligent management system is integrated into the hospital operation and management process,creating conditions for improving the quality of hospital medical record management and medical service level.This study takes Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital as an example to explore the impact of"one hub and three platforms"intelligent financial system on the improvement of the quality and efficiency of hospital operation management,in order to provide path guidance for the improvement of the quality of hospital internal operation management.关键词
