Abstract
DIP/DRG payment system is widely used in China as a new medical insurance payment method,which can improve the efficiency of medical insurance fund,allocate medical resources reasonably and control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses.However,DIP payment system is still insufficient in the actual operation,affecting the sustainable development of the hospital.In view of this,this study discusses the standardization reform of DIP payment system,and puts forward some effective measures,including improving the awareness of the main body,winning wide recognition,unifying payment standards,controlling medical price,paying attention to the coordination between medical insurance and medical treatment,promoting information construction,realizing data sharing and so on,in order to control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses,improve the operation efficiency and core competitiveness of hospitals,and meet the health needs of the nation.关键词
