基于知识图谱的体外循环术后谵妄的研究热点及趋势分析
Research hotspot and trend of postoperative delirium after extracorporeal circulation based on knowledge graph

Abstract
Objective To review the research progress of postoperative delirium (POD) after extracorporeal circulation (ECC) from January 2004 to June 2024,so as to provide practical reference for clinical practitioners to explore the research direction of POD after ECC. Methods The core collection database of Web of Science was used as the literature source,and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the included literature,including the number of publications,institutions,countries,co-cited journals and keywords. Results A total of 423 studies were analyzed,and the annual number of published papers showed an overall increasing trend. The United States published the most articles (130 articles,accounting for 30.73％),followed by Germany (63 articles,accounting for 14.89％) and China (60 articles,accounting for 14.18％). The most published institutions were Johns Hopkins University (24 articles,accounting for 5.67％),and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College ranked sixth (8 articles,accounting for 1.89％). Annals of Thoracic Surgery is the most cited journal. The research focuses on exploring the incidence and influencing factors,risk assessment and prevention,management strategies and pathogenesis of POD after ECC. Future research trends may focus on the effectiveness of POD evaluation and management methods,as well as the exploration of personalized prevention strategies. Conclusion More and more scholars have paid attention to POD after ECC,and related research results have increased year by year. In the future,scholars can further explore POD-related evaluation methods,prevention strategies and treatment methods,in order to further improve the clinical outcomes of patients.关键词
