间歇性外斜视患者术前特征对复发影响的Meta分析
Risk factors of preoperative characteristics on postoperative recurrence of intermittent exotropia:a meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the risk of postoperative recurrence in patients with intermittent exotropia,and to provide reference for the choice of surgical timing and subsequent treatment of patients with intermittent exotropia.Methods The databases PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,and WanFang Data were systematically searched for studies published between January 2000 and March 2024.Included studies focused on identifying baseline factors associated with postoperative recurrence in patients with intermittent exotropia.Meta-analyses were conducted using pooled odds ratios(OR),weighted mean differences(WMD),and corresponding 95％confidence intervals(CI)to assess the magnitude of the effect size on recurrence.Results A total of 18 studies involving 4074 patients were included,and 12 factors potentially influencing postoperative recurrence were identified.Age at surgery(WMD-0.88,P=0.005);Age of onset(WMD-0.80,P=0.02);Preoperative strabismus(OR 1.05,P＜0.00001);Anisometropia(OR2.17,P=0.04);Hyperopia(OR 3.21,P=0.0006).Conclusion Younger age at surgery,early onset age,larger preoperative angle and anisometropia are identified as risk factors for the recurrence of IXT following surgical intervention.Additionally,it was found that preoperative fusion function,control,stereopsis,myopia,vertical strabismus,and mild amblyopia do not have a statistically significant impact on the likelihood of IXT recurrence.关键词
