急性共同性内斜视患者生存质量调查及影响因素分析
The quality of life and influencing factors of patients with acute acquired concomitant esotropia

Abstract
Objective To study the quality of life of patients with acute acquired concomitant esotropia(AACE)and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Method Prospective study.139 patients with AACE and 123 individuals with normal eye positions were recruited.The quality of life of the two groups was compared using the Amblyopia and Strabismus Questionnaire(ASQE),and the influencing factors of the quality of life of patients with AACE were analyzed.Result The total score of quality of life in the AACE group was 64.35±16.54,while the group with normal eye position was 93.25±9.83.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-16.71,P＜0.001).The decrease in quality of life of patients with AACE was significantly correlated with higher deviation degree(t=-2.24,P=0.03),poorer near stereoscopic vision(t=-2.04,P=0.04)and women(t=-2.03,P=0.04).Conclusion The quality of life in patients with AACE was significantly induced,and higher deviation degree,poorer near stereoscopic vision function and women were independent risk factors affecting the quality of life for AACE.关键词
