耐药致病真菌对美浮特皮肤抗菌液体外敏感性研究
In vitro sensitivity of drug-resistant pathogenic fungi using Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid

Abstract
Objective The antifungal effect of Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid (benzalkonium chloride solution) against drug-resistant pathogenic fungi was tested in vitro with bifonazole solution and terbinafine hydrochloride solution as controls.Methords Referring to the CLSI guidelines of M38-A3 and M27-A4,using Trichophyton rubrum as a control,the mini-mum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) required for Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid to inhibit 50% and 90% growth of T.indotineae were tested.The GMICs of this solution against other drug-resistant fungi,including Candida auris,Aspergillus fumigatus,Mucor irregularis,Scedosporium apiospermum,Fusarium solani and so on were also measured.In both eval-uations,bifonazole solution,terbinafine hydrochloride solution and benzalkonium chloride solution were set as inhibitory ref-erences.Results The MIC50 and MIC90 of Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid against T.indotineae and T.rubrum were both 1.76 μg/mL (diluted 1280 times),which were only 1/4 concentration of benzalkonium chloride solution,demonstrating a strong antifungal effect compared to bifonazole solution and terbinafine hydrochloride solution.Among other drug-resistant fungi,C.auris showed the GMIC of Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid was less than 0.44 μg/mL,highlighting the excellent antifungal effect,while the GMIC value for S.apiospermum was as low as 0.88 μg/mL.A.fumigatus could exert antifun-gal capability at dilutions of 640 times and above,while M.irregularis and F.solani require at least 7 μg/mL (or a dilution of 320 times) for inhibition.Conclusion The inhibitory concentration of Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid against drug-re-sistant T.indotineae did not increase,compared with that of the control T.rubrum.Additionally,compared with bifon-azole solution and terbinafine hydrochloride solution,Meifute Skin antimicrobial liquid had extensive and highly efficient anti-fungal and inhibitory effects against drug-resistant strains,including C.auris,F.solani,S.apiospermum,and A.fu-migatus with theoutperformance of the control solution of benzalkonium chloride.It was recommended as a potential auxilia-ry treatment option for patients with superficial fungal infections in the future.Additionally,it can be used for the disinfec-tion of related environmental pathogenic fungi and the control of superficial fungal infections in animals.关键词
