基于文献计量学的双硫仑样反应研究热点及前沿趋势分析
Research Hotspots and Frontier Trends Analysis of Disulfiram-Like Reaction Based on Bibiometric

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and frontier trends in the field of disulfiram-like reaction both domestically and internationally,in order to provide new ideas and directions for researchers.Methods:The literatures on disulfiram-like reaction collected from CNKI,Web of Science and PubMed from 1994 to January 2024 were retrieved and visualized by CiteSpace 6.3.R6 software.Results:A total of 1047 literatures were retrieved,including 91 in English and 956 in Chinese.The number of published English literature did not change significantly over time,while the number of published Chinese literature peaked in 2011 and subsequently declined annually.The co-occurrence results of the research countries/institutions indicated that mature cooperation networks have not yet formed among different countries/institutions,and the research remains fragmented.D,Faiman M and Li Chengjian were the authors who published the most papers in English and Chinese literatures,respectively.The results of keyword analysis revealed that previous studies mainly focused on the disulfiram-like reaction phenomenon and mechanism research,involving keywords including disulfiram,cephalosporin,etc.At present,the research focus shifted primarily to emergency nursing,with keywords including nursing,naloxone and so on.Conclusion:With the advancement of drug research and development and deepening of research,the phenomenon of disulfiram-like reaction has gained public recognition,and the research direction mainly focuses on pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,prevention and treatment.However,several unsolved issues remained,such as the dose-effect relationship of ethanol reaction with disulfiram and forensic diagnosis,which warrants further research.关键词
