六味安神胶囊联合阿戈美拉汀片治疗老年抑郁症伴失眠的临床研究
Clinical Study of Liuwei Anshen Capsule Combined with Agomelatine Tab-lets in the Treatment of Elderly Depression with Insomnia

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Liuwei Anshen Capsules combined with agomelatine tablets in the treatment of elderly depression with insomnia.Methods A total of 80 patients with depression and insomnia admitted to third Rongjun special care hospital of Hebei province from November 2020 to November 2023 were divided into control group(40 cases,treated with agomelatine tablets)and study group(40 cases,treated with Liuwei Anshen capsules combined with ag-omelatine tablets).The efficacy,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQ-SI)score,substance P(SP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re-sults After treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Af-ter 2 months of treatment,the HAMD,PSQI scores and serum SP levels of the two groups decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the serum 5-HT levels of the two groups increased,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion After treatment with Liuwei Ansh-en Capsules combined with agomelatine tablets in elderly patients with depression and insomnia,the symptoms of insomnia and depression were significantly relieved.At the same time,the serum SP level decreased and the 5-HT level increased.The effi-cacy is reliable.关键词
