爱汝特糊剂与环氧树脂类糊剂联合热牙胶垂直加压法对牙体牙髓病的治疗效果观察
Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Airu Paste and Epoxy Resin Paste Combined with Hot Dental Glue Vertical Compression on Dental Pulp Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Airote paste and epoxy resin paste combined with hot dental glue vertical compression(WVC)in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 128 cases of endodontic patients treated from June 2021 to November 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods.62 cases in the observation group were treated with Airote paste combined with WVC method,and 66 cases in the control group were treated with epoxy paste combined with WVC method.The efficacy and root canal filling effect of the two groups were compared.Peri-odontal status index,masticatory function,pain degree,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor level before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.01).The effect of root canal filling in the two groups was similar.After 3 months of treatment,the probing depth,probing bleeding index,plaque index and clinical adhesion level in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.01).After 3 months of treatment,the biting force and masticatory efficiency of observation group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.01).After 3 months of treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.01).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-1β and hypersensitive C reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion epoxy resin paste combined with Arute paste combined with WVC is effective in the treatment of endodontic disease,but Arute paste combined with WVC is more effective in alleviating pain,improving periodontal status and alleviating inflammatory response.关键词
