三经六穴温阳通络针法联合椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究
Clinical Study on Treatment of LDH with Three-Meridian and Six-Point Warming Yang and Activating Collateral Acupuncture Combined with Transforaminal Endoscopic Nucleotomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Three-meridian and Six-point Warming Yang and Activating Collateral Acupuncture combined with transforaminal endoscopic nucleotomy in treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:102 patients with LDH were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was given transforaminal endoscopic nucleotomy;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Three-meridian and Six-point Warming Yang and Activating Collateral Acupuncture.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.The changes in JOA score,quality of life score,clinical symptoms,VAS score and serum levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was obvious higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical symptoms scores and the total score of JOA were significantly increased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life were obviously improved after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The positive rate of the straight leg raise test was obviously decreased,whereas the scores of lower back/lower limb radiation pain and the ROM of lower back muscle extension were significantly increased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05).The serum levels of inflammatory factors were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the decreases in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Three-meridian and Six-point Warming Yang and Activating Collateral Acupuncture combined with transforaminal endoscopic nucleotomy has a good effect in treatment of LDH.关键词
