卡前列甲酯栓预处理后宫腔镜引导下清宫术联合雌孕激素治疗稽留流产的效果分析
Effect Analysis of Hysteroscopic Uterine Clearance Combined with Estron in the Treatment of Missed Abortion After Pretreatment with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic hysteroscopy combined with estrogen in the treatment of missed abortion after pretreatment with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories.Methods A total of 100 missed abortion pa-tients admitted from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into group A and Group B ac-cording to different follow-up treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.Group A received pre-operative vaginal pretreat-ment with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories+hysteroscopic uterine clearance+postoperative oral estrogen progesterone treat-ment;group B received pre-operative vaginal pretreatment with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories+uterine clearance+post-operative oral estrogen progesterone treatment.The intraoperative and postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared respectively.Results The operative time of group A was longer than that of group B,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of group B(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the rates of more than 3 intrauterine operations and uterine perforation between 2 groups(P＞0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and menstrual rehydrating time in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the rate of second uterine clearance and uterine adhesion were lower than those in group B(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative pelvic infection and other complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion After pretreatment with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories,hysteroscopic uterine clearance combined with postoperative estron can not only reduce postoperative complications in missed abortion patients,but also effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten postoperative vaginal bleeding time and postop-erative menstrual rehydration time,which can benefit patients.关键词
