基于数据挖掘的针刺结合推拿治疗失眠选穴规律研究
Study on Acupoint Selection Patterns for Acupuncture Combined Tuina in Treatment of Insomnia Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To analyse the characteristics and patterns of acupoints selection in treatment of insomnia by acupuncture combined with Tuina,thus to provide references for clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods:The clinical research on acupuncture combined with Tuina for the treatment of insomnia was retrieved and summarized from the databases of PubMed,Web of science,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang data since the establishment to 31 March 2023,the literature were screened out to establish the database according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.SPSS25.0 and SPSS Modeler18.0 were used to perform descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis on the data and to visualize the results.Results:A total of 69 pieces of literature were included,with 69 prescriptions for acupuncture and 69 prescriptions for Tuina,involving 29 kinds of manipulations,56 acupuncture points and 82 Tuina points.The most frequently used manipulation was the grasping technique,the most frequently used acupoints were Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Shenmen(HT7),and the most frequently used massage point was Baihui(DU20);the acupoints were mainly concentrated in the Du meridian and the Bladder meridian;the association rule network showed that SP6,HT7,Sishencong(EX-HN1)and DU20 were strongly associated in acupuncture;Taiyang(EX-HN5),DU20,Yintang(DU29)and Fengchi(GB20)were strongly associated in Tuina.The kneading technique,the grasping technique and the one-finger mediation pushing technique were strongly associated.The acupoints and manipulations can be grouped into two categories through cluster analysis.Conclusion:The treatment of insomnia with acupuncture and Tuina primarily utilizes pressing and swinging techniques,with the therapeutic principles of'soothing Heart and calming Shen,balancing Yin and Yang'.Acupoint selection follows the principles of choosing local points and symptom-based selection,combined with the method of pairing distal and local acupoints.关键词
