摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of five-step narrative nursing in the intravenous infusion of medium-length catheter with modified three-way valve for patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Method Fifty-eight patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage who received treatment at Yixing People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were included in the study.They were divided into an observation group ( 29 cases ) and a control group ( 29 cases ) using the random envelope method.The control group carried out routine nursing,while the observation group carried out five-step narrative nursing.The levels of immunoglobulins,neurofactors,inflammatory factors,and the incidence of adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks and 1 month of intervention,the levels of serum dopamine,brain-derived neurotrophic factor,immunoglobulin M,and immunoglobulin G in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower than those before intervention ( all P<0.05 ).The levels of neurofactors,immunoglobulins,and inflammatory factors in the observation group were better than those in the control group ( all P<0.05 ).The total incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups,and the result showed that the observation group had a lower incidence ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The five-step narrative nursing can effectively improve the neurological function,immune function,and inflammatory response of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients treated with intravenous infusion of medium-length catheter with modified three-way valve,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.关键词
