Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing combined with predictive nursing in the cerebral infarction patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction who underwent intravenous thrombolysis at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from May 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by lottery method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing combined with predictive nursing,while the observation group carried out cluster nursing combined with predictive nursing.The neurological function ( National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale[NIHSS]scores and Mini-Mental State Examination[MMSE]scores),negative emotions ( Self-Rating Depression Scale[SDS]scores and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale[SAS]scores ),quality of life ( Short Form-36 Health Survey[SF-36]scores),as well as the adverse events during intervention of the two groups were compared before and after 1 month of intervention.Results Compared with the NIHSS,MMSE,SDS,SAS,and SF-36 scores before intervention,these scores in both groups improved after 1 month of intervention ( all P<0.05).When comparing the above scores between the two groups,the observation group performed better than the control group (all P<0.05).When comparing the overall incidence of adverse events such as sleep disorders,intracranial hemorrhage,and oral hemorrhage between the two groups,the observation group was lower ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Cluster nursing combined with predictive nursing can improve the neurological function,negative emotions,and quality of life of cerebral infarction patients treated with intravenous thrombolysis,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.关键词
