摘要
Abstract
Key progress of the national water network in 2024 was reviewed from the aspects of planning improvement,backbone water network advancement and fund raising through multiple channels. The national water network has large scale,diverse functions and complex system. An attention should be paid on forward-looking thinking,all-round planning and overall promotion,to ensure high-quality development in water network construction. In-depth thinking has been conducted on accelerating construction,promoting high-quality development of water conservancy,and ensuring water security in China. Five issues shall be emphasized,including taking systematic approaches to promote the planning and construction of the water network,bottom line thinking,building resilience and safety margin;improving operation and maintenance mechanism,carrying out in-depth studies on key technical issues in water network construction,and developing a precise control system for water networks.关键词
