Current status and science and technology demand of integrated development of national water network construction with transportation and energy networks
摘要
Abstract
Infrastructures provide a critical support for economic and social development. It is an inevitable trend of building network-based infrastructure of water resources, transportation and energy,so as to achieve integration of multiple networks for sustainable development. By summarizing research progress, the necessity of promoting integrated development of network infrastructure of water, transportation, and energy are discussed. Introductions are made on typical cases, such as the Pinglu Canal that integrate water and transportation, water supply for energy base in the Yellow River Basin that integrate water and energy, and the Three Gorges Project that integrate water, transportation, and energy. The research on systematic and theoretical methodologies and key technical issues related to integration of multi networks indicates that we lack of in-depth studies on theoretical framework, methodology and model,as well as technical system and technical support mechanism. Taking the current situation of coordinated and integrated development of water, energy, and transportation networks into consideration, technological requirements are proposed. At the same time, combined with construction of national water network, technological requirements for integrated development of multiple networks of water, transportation and energy are also put forward,in order to support integrated development of national water network, transportation network and energy network.关键词
