摘要

Abstract

In this study,polysiloxane elastomers containing dynamic imine bonds were prepared using solvent-free hot-pressing method with polydimethylsiloxane-amine(PDMS-NH2)as the raw material and 1,3,5-tris(4-formylphenyl)benzene(TPB)as the crosslinker.The polysiloxane elastomers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The mechanical properties,reprocessing properties and self-healing properties of the polysiloxane elastomers were investigated,respectively.The results showed that the polysiloxane elastomers with good mechanical properties and room temperature self-healing ability were obtained by modulating the degree of cross-linking and using TPB with a rigid polyphenylene ring structure as the cross-linking agent.When the molar ratio of amino and aldehyde groups was 1:1,the tensile strength of polysiloxane elastomers was 68 kPa,the elongation at break was 179%.The room-temperature self-healing efficiency of cut elastomers for 6 h was 82.36%,the mechanical properties of the sheared elastomers at room-temperature remodeling were maintained at more than 80%of that of the original samples,which were elevated to 98.53%at 80℃.
