油茶副产物中多酚、黄酮含量及其活性研究
Study on the contents and activities of polyphenols and flavonoids in by-products of Camellia oleifera Abel.

Abstract
To determine the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids in Camellia oleifera Abel.,three dif-ferent solvents(pure water,50%ethanol,95%ethanol)were used to extract its different parts(leaves,shells and cake)by ultrasonic extraction,the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids of each extract were determined,the antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging ability and ORAC antioxidant ability index,and the tyrosinase inhibitory activity and cell proliferation activity were studied.The contents of poly-phenols and flavonoids in C.oleifera Abel.were higher than those in C.oleifera Abel.cake and C.oleifera Abel.shell,and the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids extracted from 50%ethanol were the highest,which were(337.24±1.94)and(189.23±1.12)mg·g-1,respectively.The IC50 of scavenging DPPH free radicals was(28.10±0.46)pg mL-1,the index of ORAC antioxidant capacity was(2 651.54±112.41)μmol·g-1,and the IC50 of tyrosinase inhibition rate was(140.20±0.95)μg·mL-1.关键词
