Abstract
Based on current literature and expert panel discussions,the recommendations for drug treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD)have been updated in accordance with previous guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and cognitive impairment.The update emphasizes the advancements in anti-Aβ immunotherapy,with the aim of providing a reference for early and comprehensive intervention for AD.The content covers the following key aspects:the principles of AD treatment;symptomatic medications,including cholinesterase inhibitors and NMDA receptor antagonists;management of behavioral and psychological symptoms;disease-modifying therapies such as Aducanumab,Lecanemab,and Donanemab;the use of Sodium Oligomannate;and the use of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
