Abstract
Due to the impact of the epidemic from 2020 to 2022,industrial parks,as the main driving force of urban economic development, have encountered a wave of work stoppages and shutdowns.Traditional surveys of industrial park production vitality usually reflect economic output indicators, bulk energy consumption, and other aspects, lacking multi-source dynamic perception of the city and comparative analysis before and after major events. This paper used dynamic multi-source urban perception data, mainly consisting of thermal infrared data(TIRS),power consumption data, night light images, and mobile signaling positioning data from the Landsat 9 payload,to construct a comprehensive index of urban industrial park vitality restoration(IUIR).The spatiotemporal characteristics of urban industrial park vitality before and after the epidemic were analyzed. The results show that ① The vitality index of urban industrial parks has fluctuated greatly due to the impact of the epidemic. The average IUIR has sharply decreased from 2.78 in October 2019 before the epidemic to 0.98 in October 2020 during the epidemic and then to 2.11 in October 2023 after the epidemic.Currently,it has recovered to 75.6%of the value before the epidemic in 2020.② 22.2%of the industrial parks in the research area have experienced a phenomenon of vitality rising against the trend during the epidemic, which is closely related to industrial functions and social demand during the epidemic.③ The overall vitality restoration of industrial parks presents a characteristic of"sharp decline followed by a gradual restoration",which is closely related to the industrial functions and structures of each park, and there are spatial differences in the restoration speed.关键词
