智慧城市视角下社区服务数实融合建设路径与场景设计
Construction paths and scenarios of digital and realistic integration of community services from perspective of smart city
摘要
Abstract
At present,the construction of smart cities moves towards the refinement and functionality of grassroots communities.Community services,as the endogenous driving force for the smart transformation of communities,have become a field where cutting-edge digital technologies are widely used.In addition,it is necessary to vigorously innovate the thinking,content,and methods of community services through digital empowerment,so as to address the current issues such as waste of community service resources,low quality,high cost,lack of coordination,failure of participation,and space mismatch,activate the smart development of communities,and promote the high-quality construction of smart cities.Based on the integration of technologies such as 5G network enhanced version(5G-A),Internet of Things(IoT),blockchain,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and extended reality(XR),this paper constructed four digital and realistic integration paths:smart space construction,networked composite platforms,symbiotic resource integration,and supermarket-like intelligent products.It innovatively designed the coupling remodeling and spontaneous growth of multiple scenarios in community governance,services,and life,promoting the improvement of service supply efficiency,quality,and value.The research has important practical significance for the construction of smart communities and even smart cities.关键词
