Abstract
Electric Engineering enterprises that focus on traditional design or construction as their main business need to undergo continuous changes and systematic iterative upgrades in the process of transition.In the process of constantly adjusting and striving to break through,some companies have found that problems are continuously being exposed and accumulated.Enterprise development seems to be trapped by an invisible"ceiling",which makes it difficult to achieve upward breakthroughs.Via case analysis,this article explores how to achieve breakthrough development for enterprises through strategy implementation and advanced planning.关键词
