Abstract
This article explores the nature and role of board of directors in corporate governance,analyzes the characteristics of the board composition in power design enterprises,as well as the requirements for the establishment of board offices and the competency of personnel.This article offers several suggestions for the board office to complete key tasks with high quality,providing a reference for the role of the board office in corporate governance for power design enterprises.关键词
