基于数据挖掘分析吁江医家治疗痔疮用药规律
Analysis of the Medication Rules of Xujiang Medicine in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and medication rules of Xujiang medicine in the treatment of hemorrhoids based on data mining,in order to provide some basis and reference ideas for the clinical treatment of hemorrhoids in the future.Methods The prescriptions for the treatment of hemorrhoids were collected from the medical books written by Xujiang doctors,and the frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine were performed.Results A total of 95 prescriptions were collected,including 218 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,including 14 flavors of high-frequency drugs,such as angelica,Coptis chinensis,citrus aurantium,licorice,and acacia flower,more heat-clearing drugs,deficiency tonic drugs,hemostatic drugs,and qi medicines are used,the medicinal properties are mainly cold,warm and flat,and the medicinal taste is mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,the main return is to the spleen,liver,heart,large intestine,and stomach meridians.Seventeen groups of commonly used drug combinations were included in the association rule analysis,among which Angelica-Licorice had the highest probability of use.Drug cluster analysis was divided into 4 categories.Conclusion Xujiang medicine in the treatment of hemorrhoids is based on clearing heat and stopping bleeding,and replenishing qi and deficiency,taking into account the specimens,attacking and supplementing,and comprehensive conditioning.关键词
