摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of"communication between spleen and small intestine",it is considered that they are in charge of transportation and transformation,meridians and collaterals connected,and five elements originate from each other,pathological transmission,which can guide the treatment of senile sarcopenia based on syndrome differentiation.It is suggested that the senile sarcopenia is closely related to the dysregulation of spleen and intestine transportation and transformation,and it is advocated that the main treatment method is to improve the gasification function of small intestine and correct the abnormal function of secretion of excess chemicals and other turbidity,and to strengthen the transportation and transformation function of the body with invigorating spleen and qi to treat senile sarcopenia of intestinal stagnation and spleen deficiency.Professor Du Tiemin put forward the modified treatment of Yunchang Jianpi decoction according to the theory of"communication between spleen and small intestine",in order to provide a new treatment idea for the clinical treatment of senile sarcopenia关键词
