基于玄络脑玄府理论探讨认知功能障碍
Discussion on Cognitive Dysfunction Based on the Theory of Xuanluo-Xuanfu of Brain
摘要
Abstract
The Xuanluo and Xuanfu of the brain,serving as the channels and gateways for qi,blood,essence,and body fluid,are intricate to open or close due to their high cost.The"Xuanluo and Xuanfu of the brain theory"is a valuable exploration and complementary addition to traditional Chinese medicine theory,based on the"Xuanluo theory"and the"Xuanfu of the brain theory".The author examined the pathological mechanism of cognitive dysfunction by analyzing the generation and dissemination of marrow.The proposed fundamental mechanisms of cognitive dysfunction are the loss of the source of marrow and the blockage of the vein channel.The author suggested applying the principle of"both dispersing and nourishing"to replenish internal organs and organs,open up Xuanluo and Xuanfu,moisten the marrow,and regulate the divine mechanism to improve cognitive function.关键词
