益气活血方防治CKD5期患者心血管并发症的临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue prescription in preventing and treating cardiovascular complications in patients with stage 5 CKD

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue prescription in the prevention and treatment of cardio-vascular complications in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 5.Methods 79 patients with stage 5 CKD ad-mitted to a hospital in Lianyungang City from March 2021 to February 2024 were divided into 2 groups according to envelope method,38 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 41 patients in the observation group were treated with supplementing Yiqi Huoxue prescription.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and the therapeu-tic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 97.56%higher than that of control group 78.95%(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of urea ammonia(BUN),creatinine(SCr),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),GFR and TCM syndrome score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of blood phosphorus(P),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and homocysteine(HCY)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of new hy-pertension,heart failure and arrhythmia in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The inci-dence of uremic cardiomyopathy and ventricular hypertrophy in observation group was lower than that in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on patients with CKD is significant,which can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve renal function,lipid index,reduce the levels of blood phosphorus,HCY,β2-MG,lower the incidence of new uremia,cardiomyopathy and ventricular hypertrophy,and the clinical safety is reasonable.关键词
