急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清LRRK2、CHI3L1水平与神经缺损程度及预后的关系
Relationship between serum LRRK2,CHI3L1 levels,and degree of neurological deficits,prognosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of leucine rich repeat kinase 2(LRRK2)and chitosanase 3-like protein 1(CHI3L1)in the serum of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and their relationship with the degree of neurological deficits and prognosis.Methods From June 2023 March 2024,158 AIS patients(AIS group)who underwent treatment in our hospital were collected as research subjects,according to the degree of neurological impairment,the patients were grouped into mild group(n=54),moderate group(n=68),and severe group(n=36);according to the prognosis of pa-tients,they were separated into a good prognosis group(n=107)and a poor prognosis group(n=51).The serum levels of LRRK2 and CHI3L1 were compared;multivariate Logistic regression was applied to analyze the influencing factors of prog-nosis in AIS patients;ROC curve was applied to analyze the predictive value of serum LRRK2 and CHI3L1 levels for the prognosis of AIS patients.Results Serum levels of LRRK2 and CHI3L1 in AIS group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum LRRK2 and CHI3L1 levels of AIS patients in mild,moderate and severe groups were significantly increased successively(P<0.05)..The levels of TG,LRRK2,and CHI3L1 in the poor prognosis group were obviously higher than those in the good prognosis group(P<0.05),while HDL-C was obviously lower than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).LRRK2,CHI3L1,TG,and HDL-C were prognostic factors for AIS patients(P<0.05).The combined prediction of serum LRRK2 and CHI3L1 levels for the prognosis of AIS patients had an AUC of 0.938,a sensitivity of 96.08%,and a specificity of 82.24%,which was superior to the independent prediction of LRRK2 and CHI3L1(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of LRRK2 and CHI3L1 in AIS patients obviously increase,as the degree of neurological defect increases,the serum levels of LRRK2 and CHI3L1 in patients with poor prognosis obviously increase,and the combination of the two has high predictive value for the prognosis of AIS patients.关键词
