摘要

Abstract

To explore growth adaptability changes of different Aquilaria sinensis'Chi-Nan'strains under early-stage shading and late-stage natural light condition at seedling stage and to provide scientific basis and guid-ance for cultivation and popularization of high-quality seedlings of A.sinensis'Chi-Nan',four A.sinensis'Chi-Nan'strains,including TJ(GLX01),JSY(GLX02),GX(GLX03)and XGY(GLX11),were used as experimental materials to observe growth status from 90 to 240 days after grafting.Differences in leaf physiological character-istics and anatomical structures were compared after 150 days of shading treatment and 90 days of natural light recovery.Results showed that seedlings of four strains of A.sinensis'Chi-Nan'grew slowly from 90 to 150 days after grafting.From 150 to 240 days after grafting,plant height,ground diameter,graft union diameter,leaf thickness,upper epidermal thickness,lower epidermal thickness,spongy tissue thickness and main vein thick-ness as well as net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of four A.sinensis'Chi-Nan'strains increased,and intercellular carbon dixode concentration and SPAD decreased.GLX01 and GLX03 had thicker upper epi-dermis,which was conducive to improve photosynthetic efficiency.Net photosynthetic rates and stomatal con-ductances of GLX01 and GLX03 increased significantly under natural light environment.Chlorophyll synthesis regulation mechanism of GLX03 was more effective.GLX02 and GLX11 were sensitive to light changes,and light conditions need to be finely regulated during seedling raising.
