不同修枝强度对马尾松幼林生长的影响
Effects of Different Pruning Intensities on Growths of Pinus massoniana Young Plantations

Abstract
To provide references for cultivation of knot-free Pinus massoniana timbers and production of high-quality timbers in Guangxi,taking 6-year-old P.massoniana as research objects,effects of pruning on growths of P.massoniana were explored by setting different pruning intensities and branch retention lengths.Results showed that in the first and second year after pruning,clear bole heights of P.massoniana under different prun-ing treatments were higher than that of control.In the first year after pruning,annual growths of DBHs,tree heights and individual volumes of P.massoniana under different pruning treatments were lower than those of control.In the second year after pruning,annual growths of DBHs and individual volumes of P.massoniana un-der different pruning treatments were lower than those of control,while annual growths of tree heights of P.mas-soniana under different pruning treatments were higher than that of control.2 years after pruning,total growths of DBHs and individual volumes of P.massoniana under different pruning treatments were lower than those of control.Except for mild pruning treatment,total growths of tree heights under moderate and severe pruning treatments were higher than that of control.In the first and second year after pruning,wound healing rates of P.massoniana decreased with increase of branch retention length.Wound healing rates of P.massoniana with dif-ferent branch retention lengths increased with increase of time.In the first and second year after pruning,branch stripping rates of P.massoniana showed trends of first increase and then decrease with increase of branch retention length.Branch stripping rates of P.massoniana with different branch retention lengths de-creased with increase of time(except for 2.0 cm).Branches were prone to die and shrink,forming stripping dead knots.In pruning and tending of young P.massoniana plantations,flat pruning method(without retaining branches),pruning intensites at 40.0%and 50.0%of tree height and pruning intervals of 2-3 years were recom-mended.关键词
