大麻类纤维素合酶基因家族生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of Cellulose Synthase-like Gene Family in Cannabis sativa

Abstract
[Objective]The structure and function of the cellulose synthase-like(Csl)family in Cannabis sativa were investigated to provide a reference for regulating the growth and development of C.sativa.[Method]The physico-chemical properties,phylogenetic relationships,gene structures,conserved motifs and promoter cis-acting elements of the Csl family members in C.sativa were analyzed by the bioinformatics method.[Result]24 Csl family members were identified from C.sativa and these members were unevenly distributed on 9 chromosomes except chromosome 7.The exons number of these genes ranged from 3 to 9.These members were classified into six subfamilies(CslA,CslB,CslC,CslD,CslE,CslG)according to the phylogetic relationship.Both CslC and CslD had the largest subfamily members with 6 respectively.Motif2 and motif3 were observed in every subfamily,while motif6,motif8 and motif9 were observed only in CslA and CslC subfamily proteins and motif 1,motif4,motif7 and motif10 only in CslB,CslD,CslE and CslG subfamily proteins.The promoter region of CsCsls gene contained photo responsive,hormone inducing elements,stress responsive elements and MYB binding sites.Public transcriptomic data showed the expression levels of most members in roots and stems were higher than those in leaves except that CsCslB2 specially expressed in leaves.Different subfamily members had different expression levels in different tissues and parts of stems and hypocotyl at various developmental stages.[Conclusion]In addition to mediating the hemicelluloses synthesis in cellulose of C.sativa,the Csl family members might also participate in some other biological processes such as growth and development and environmental stress.关键词
