Abstract
[Objective]The physicochemical property of biomass organic fertilizer prepared from straw(agricultural wastes)fermentation and its effect on crop growth were explored to provide the theoretical support for application of biomass organic fertilizer prepared from straw fermentation in agricultural production.[Method]The biomass organic fertilizer was prepared from rice straw fermented by zy-22,a self-breeding Trichoderma strain.The physicochemical property,and eggplant growth and yield of M1(one-time applying biomass organic fertilizer),M2(the cultivated soil)and M0(no fertilizer applied)treatments were investigated by measuring physicochemical property of the cultivated soil and biomass organic fertilizer to analyze the application prospect of biomass organic fertilizer and feasibility of straw resource utilization.[Result]The physical properties(water content,pH,total porosity and so on)of biomass organic fertilizer were better than the cultivated soil in general.The soil fertility applied with biomass organic fertilizer was higher than the cultivated soil and the N,P and K content of M1 soil was 4.9 times,107.22 times and 31.49 times those of the cultivated soil,which indicated that applying biomass organic fertilizer could improve soil quality effectively.The leaf length,leaf width,stem diameter,height and plant weight of three treatments on 70 d after eggplant planting were M1>M2>M0.The eggplant fruit number,weight per eggplant and average yield of three treatments were M1>M2>M0.The average yield of M1 and M2 treatments was 647.75%and 73.96%higher than M0 respectively.[Conclusion]The organic matter,total nutrient,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content and total porosity of the soil applied with biomass organic fertilizer all are higher than the cultivated soil.Applying biomass organic fertilizer can promote crop growth,enhance productivity and improve quality of agricultural products effectively.关键词
