木霉GYSW-6mL在百合根际土壤的定殖及其对微生物多样性的影响
Colonization of Trichoderma GYSW-6mL in Rhizosphere Soil of Lily and Its Influences on Rhizosphere Microbial Diversity

Abstract
[Objective]The colonization rule of Trichoderma GYSW-6mL in rhizosphere soil of lily and its effects on microbial diversity in rhizosphere soil of lily were explored to provide the theoretical basis for the application of Trichoderma GYSW-6mL in field.[Method]The colonization dynamics of GYSW-6mL in rhizosphere soil of lily with different acidity and alkalinity were analyzed by dilution plate coating method,and the effects of GYSW-6mL on soil microbial diversity and community composition were analyzed by Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology.[Result]The colonization of GYSW-6mL in soil showed a wavy trend,and the colonization in alkaline soil was significantly higher than that in acidic soil.After applying GYSW-6mL,the diversity of fungal species in rhizosphere soil decreased and the richness increased,while the diversity and richness of bacterial species increased.From the analysis of microbial composition,the application of GYSW-6mL significantly decreased the relative abundances of Ascomycota and increased the relative abundances of Mortierellomycota and Basidiomycota at the fungal phylum level.At the fungal genus level,the relative abundances of Penicillium,Talaromyces,Arcopilus,Chaetomium and Fusarium decreased,and the relative abundances of Mortierella increased.At the phylum level of bacteria,the relative abundance of Acidobacteria,Verrucomicrobia,Gemmatimonadetes and Nitrospirae increased,while the relative abundance of Chloroflexi,Actinobacteria and Firmicutes decreased.[Conclusion]The colonization of GYSW-6mL in alkaline soil is significantly higher than that in acidic soil.After GYSW-6mL treatment,the diversity of fungal species in rhizosphere soil decreases,but the richness increases,and the diversity and richness of bacterial species increase.关键词
