摘要

Abstract

The Yellow River is one of the important river systems in China,therefore,construction of the system for reduction of flood and drought disasters in the Yellow River basin is of great significance to regional water security and socio-economic development.Based on the analysis of the flood and drought situation in the Yellow River basin,the major problems in construction of the system for reduction of flood and drought disasters are pointed out.The optimization scheme for enhancing the efficiency and adaptability of the system is proposed,so as to ensure the regional water resources security and the sustainable development of regional social economy.
